Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo Dori Store.

Our restaurant offers seasonal dishes using seasonal ingredients for a limited time each season. It is the hot summer season, so you will want to eat well and keep your stamina up. Please be sure to order our dishes with your favorite alcoholic beverage.

 

Goya Chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fry with pork and tofu), synonymous with summer

Bitter melon has a strong Okinawan image. We also serve goya chanpuru, a dish with a summery Okinawan flavor. Many people may think it has a strong bitterness, but in fact, the fresher the goya, the softer the bitterness.

Enjoy the moderate accent of bitter melon in this gently flavored stir-fry of tofu, egg, and bonito flakes. This dish is sure to make you want a beer, and is available for 750 yen (excluding tax).

 

Spicy Aroma Teriyaki Curry Chicken Wings

Japanese chicken wings are teriyaki-fried with curry flavor. The crispy skin is filled with juicy meat. 640 yen (excluding tax). This dish is also popular as a snack.

In addition to the dishes introduced here, we also offer summery dishes that can be eaten refreshingly and are recommended when you are feeling a bit light on appetite.
