Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori.

 

Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori offers a menu that includes authentic seared dishes grilled by artisans. We also offer authentic chicken skewers, which are popular as snacks for alcoholic beverages, grilled by artisans.

Furthermore, the chicken skewers served at our restaurant are made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name chicken. We hope you will try our delicious skewers made with the umami-rich Oyama chicken.
