Spicy and tangy dishes that are perfect with alcohol! | RAKUZO Hiroshima Chuo-dori - All private rooms

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori.

Autumn is finally deepening and we are starting to feel the chill at night. Autumn is the season when sake is delicious. How about a spicy dish to accompany your alcoholic beverage? Let's warm up your body with hot spicy dishes.

Perfect for a closing dish! Standard Kalbi Kuppa

Kuppa, a classic Korean dish based on a rich broth, is the perfect way to finish off a night of drinking!
The "Closing Spicy Kalbi Kuppa" is a dish recommended for the fall season, with kalbi in the soup. The soup is packed with the flavor of beef and vegetables.
The soup is lightly seasoned with chicken eggs and green onions, and is spicy and recommended for the end of the meal.
It goes well with our signature shochu liquor! Please try our hot Kalbi Kuppa.

Spicy and delicious! Taiwanese Motsu Hot Pot

Taiwanese Motsunabe" with tangy chili peppers is our recommended hot pot menu.
In fact, "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a dish that originated in Nagoya and was conceived by a chef from Taiwan.
Ingredients such as minced pork, chives, green onions, and bean sprouts seasoned with chili pepper are moderately spicy and delicious, and you cannot stop eating after just one bite! The soup of the nabe is soy sauce based, which enhances the deep flavor of the pork.

Rice, udon noodles, or ramen noodles are the standard way to finish off a nabe. We also offer a wide variety of additional nabe dishes. Please enjoy them with sake.
