For all shochu lovers, we have a wide selection of shochu from all over Japan. If you want to try a different brand of shochu than you are used to drinking, please come to our store and compare shochu drinks. If you are lucky, you may be able to find a rare shochu. We have a selection of shochu that goes well with our signature dishes.
The restaurant offers a recommended menu for each season. The photo shows our current autumn menu item, "Yaitohata no takimetagaki" (cooked Yaitohata grouper), priced at 715 yen (tax included). Yaitohata is a high-end fish comparable to Kue. It is characterized by the gelatinous texture under the skin and its rich collagen and rich flavor. It is recommended as an accompaniment to not only shochu but also a variety of other alcoholic beverages. Please take this opportunity to enjoy it.
