Introducing our recommended menu for a relaxing drink!

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori.

If you want to enjoy Japanese cuisine while sipping sake or shochu, come to "Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori". Our restaurant offers a wide selection of creative Japanese dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages. Today, we would like to introduce some seared dishes that we recommend as accompaniments to your shochu and sake.

Seafood seared to perfection.

Dried Maiwashi (Japanese pilchard) from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture / 539 yen (tax included)

The first item introduced here is "Dried Maiwashi (dried sardines) from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture," whose savory aroma stimulates your appetite. One bite of this dish and the sardine's delicious flavor and aroma will spread in your mouth. The flavor will surely make you want to drink more sake. We hope you will enjoy it.

Other recommended dishes include the classic seared dish "hokke no ichiboshi (dried hokke) overnight / 825 yen (tax included)" and "seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce / 869 yen (tax included)" that will leave you wanting more.

Wasabi enhances the flavor of the meat.

Oyama chicken - grilled chicken tenderloin with wasabi on a large skewer / 605 yen (tax included)

Next up is the "Oyama Dori Chicken Toro Meat Skewer Grilled on a Large Skewer with Salt and Wasabi. This is an excellent dish of Tottori's local chicken, Daisen-dori, grilled on a large skewer. If you are okay with wasabi, please use the wasabi that accompanies it. The stimulating effect of the wasabi accentuates the flavor of the Oyama chicken.

Recommended as an accompaniment to beer and other alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
