こちらは「北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え」。ラー油とクリームチーズという、一見あまりイメージできないような変わったおつまみに見えるかもしれません。ただ、実際に食べてみると、チーズとラー油のクセがうまく合わさり、絶妙なバランスの味わいが楽しめます。ちょっぴり変わった当店自慢のおつまみ、ぜひご賞味ください。
 

薬味をどっさり乗せました


こちらは「薬味まみれの冷奴」。その名の通り、冷奴が見えないくらいどっさりと薬味を乗せました。薬味の刺激、そして冷奴の優しい味わいが、お酒を飲みながらつまむのにぴったりです。薬味だけを少し残してお酒を飲みながらつまむ、という食べ方もおすすめですよ。
