The restaurant offers seasonal menus that are limited to certain time periods and have been well received by many diners. We are currently serving hot nabe (hot pot) for the cold winter season, and have also prepared a menu featuring celery, cold yellowtail, and other winter delicacies. This is "Oita's Local Cuisine: Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu" is a local Oita dish of yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame and soy sauce. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds. We hope you enjoy the taste of the combination of the thick yellowtail and sesame seeds.
