This is "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak," a steak made from a delicious portion of A4 Wagyu beef, carefully grilled to perfection. The surface of the steak is grilled and then heated slowly in the oven to lock in the flavor of the meat. One bite and the flavor of the beef will burst in your mouth. Please enjoy it with your favorite seasoning such as spiced soy sauce, wasabi, lemon salt, etc.
This is "Ethnic Deep Fried Flat Claw Crab". This is a springtime snack menu item made by purchasing in-season Hirazume crab, deep-frying it until crispy, and seasoning it with ethnic flavors. The slightly spicy flavor makes it a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic drinks. Squeezing a lime juice also adds sourness to the dish, making it a great choice when you want to change up the flavor.
