The limited quantity menu item available at our restaurant is "Chicken Meat Tataki". Chicken meat is known as a fragile ingredient, and freshness is vital to serving it raw. For this reason, we cannot bring in large quantities, and depending on the timing of your visit, we may not be able to offer it to you.
We recommend that you contact the restaurant before coming if you want to be sure of getting the right dish.
Chicken Meat Tataki" is characterized by its moist and tender texture, and has a light flavor without any peculiarities or bad smells. It is recommended for those who have a poor appetite during the warm season.
