The menu item pictured is "Crunchy Spring Rolls with Chicken Soboro and Cabbage. Chicken minced chicken and cabbage, which are in season in spring, are wrapped in a crispy spring roll skin. It is a popular dish that goes well with beer and sours.

Other dishes include "Crispy Chicken Skin - Secret Sauce", "Homemade Cheese Fish Cake", "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu", and "Today's Pickled Seafood with Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce".

 

Unique dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) is also popular.

The restaurant's unique dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) is also gaining popularity.

The best of all is the "Dashi-maki with sweet sauce".WThis is "Tamago". This is a hearty dish of softly rolled dashimaki tamago topped with sweet sauce and egg yolk!　This is a new type of menu item that overturns the conventional wisdom of dashimaki tamago.

We also offer the standard "Dashi-scented Kodawari Dashimaki Tamago", "Ankake Dashimaki Tamago", "Dosari Shirasu no Dashimaki Tamago", etc. Please check out these items as well.
