牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近のお肉で、あまり動かすことがない部位にあたるため、他の部位にはないミスジならではの旨味や柔らかさがしっかりと楽しめるのが特徴となっております。

噛むほどに旨みがあふれる赤身肉ならではの味わいのステーキを、当店特製のおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをたっぷりからめて召し上がってください。1,419円（税込）でご提供しております。赤身肉は硬いイメージがある方にこそ召し上がっていただきたい一品です。
