The cold weather has been continuing. Are you taking proper measures to protect yourself from the cold? When your body gets cold, you tend to get sick. It is a good idea to wear thicker clothes and eat something warm at night to refresh your mind.
In addition to our regular menu, we also offer seasonal menus, and this time of year we are offering nabe dishes that are perfect for the cold season. We are proud of the attention to detail we put into each dish, from the ingredients to the preparation method, so please enjoy these nabe dishes when you come to our restaurant!

Yose-nabe is packed with the flavor of ingredients.


This is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup in a small pot). The flavor of the various ingredients used in this nabe is soaked into the broth and adds color to the taste. Enjoy this light yet rich Hakodate hot pot with your favorite sake or shochu.
 

Enjoy the flavor of juicy seared duck!


This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. The crunchy texture of the seseri (Japanese parsley) also makes this dish an irresistible delicacy.
