In our restaurant, we are very particular about our main menu items as well as our snacks. We select the ingredients and our craftsmen carefully prepare them. The taste of our snacks is not only enjoyable as a dish, but also an indispensable partner for alcoholic beverages. This time, we would like to introduce two items from our snack menu. Both are very popular!
This is "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu". The combination of raayu and cream cheese may seem a bit unexpected, but they go together quite well. The cheese and raayu combine well to create an exquisitely balanced flavor. Please try this slightly different snack that we are proud of.
The "Agodashi Tofu" is characterized by the gentle taste of tofu and dashi (soup stock). When served as an accompaniment to sake or other alcoholic beverages, it will not interfere with the alcoholic beverages, but will seem to be a gentle cozy companion to them. Of course, it also goes well with shochu, so please feel free to order it as an accompaniment to your alcoholic beverage.
