We have many delicious and attractive dishes. We are proud of all of them, but we have selected a few that we would like you to try. We are proud of all of our dishes, but we have also included a few items on our menu that we recommend for your enjoyment.
Today, we would like to introduce our recommended menu items. There are three items that you can't go wrong if you order these for the time being.
 

You can't start without it! Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter

The first item we would like to introduce is our signature dish, "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter".
This dish is an assortment of different kinds of attractive meats: "medium-rare kalbi," "special pork," and "young chicken. The medium-rare kalbi has an outstanding flavor, the special pork has juices seeping out of the fat, and the young chicken has outstanding resilience! This dish is both generous in volume and delicious in taste.
 

5 assorted skewers made with Japanese ingredients

This is a dish filled with our specialties. It is an assortment of 5 domestic skewers.
The chicken used here is exclusively domestic "Daisen-dori" chicken. This brand chicken is raised in the clean air and clean water of the San'in region and boasts outstanding juiciness. Our restaurant, which is particular about such Daisen-dori, has brought out the full flavor of this chicken. It is a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
 

Healthy dish "Daikon Salad with Shirasu

A very healthy dish is also introduced as one of our recommended items. It is "Shirasu no Daikon Salad" (radish salad with baby sardines).
