当店は鮮度の良い魚介を使用したお料理が自慢です。そのため、その日の仕入れによって内容が異なるメニューがあります。今回は、目の前にお料理が運ばれてくるまで何が登場するか分からない、ワクワク感のあるメニューをご紹介します。

 

旬の味わいを楽しみたい方におすすめ！

その季節の旬、料理長のその日の一番のおすすめが楽しめるといえば「本日のお造り」です。抜群に鮮度の良い海鮮が登場すること間違いなし。見た目のツヤや口に入れたときの香り、噛んだ食感や味わいなどさまざまな点で、鮮度の良さを感じ取っていただけるのではないでしょうか。

 

迫力満点の姿で運ばれます

「本日のカマ焼き」は、高度な技術をもった職人が絶妙な火加減で魚のカマを焼きあげたものです。表面はパリっと、身はふっくらジューシーに。日本酒がするする進みますよ。魚のカマ焼きは、魚料理の中でも迫力満点の姿が楽しめる豪快なお料理です。おいしさはもちろんですが、ぜひそのインパクトある姿もお楽しみくださいね。

 

ホッとする味わいで疲れた体を癒やします

魚はどれも良い出汁が出ますが、使う魚によって出る出汁の味わいは異なります。「本日のあら汁」は、その日のおすすめの魚の出汁を存分に楽しむことができるおすすめメニュー。ホッとするような一杯は、疲れた体を癒やすのにもぴったりです。お食事の〆としてご注文していただくことも多い、人気のメニューです。

運ばれてくるまで何が登場するか分からない「本日の～」メニュー。もちろん、苦手なものがあるという方は、オーダーの前にスタッフに内容をお尋ねいただくことも可能です。お気軽にお声かけください。
