「旬鮮お造り」水と天然塩にこだわった醤油が決め手

当店の人気メニューのお造りを一層おいしく引き立てるのが醤油です。醤油の味を左右する水は、青森の八甲田連邦の伏流水を使用。そして、世界遺産となっているシャークベイ産のまろやかな味わいの天然塩で作った醤油となっています。

鮮魚のお刺身と日本酒は相性抜群!「本日のお造り」はその日いちばんのおすすめを盛り合わせにしてご提供しています。おいしい醤油でご堪能ください。

 

「だし香るこだわり出汁巻き玉子」最高の素材を使った出汁!

和食の決め手ともいえる出汁。当店は最高級の丸大豆淡口醤油、枕崎産かつお節と混合節、北海道産の真昆布で丁寧に出汁を取っております。

最高の素材を使用した出汁で作った出汁巻き玉子は、芳醇な香りとやさしい味わいをご堪能いただけます。ふっくらとやわらかい当店特製の玉子焼きをどうぞ!

 

楽蔵神田店は全席個室の和食ダイニングです。
