鶏料理の定番といえば「若鶏の竜田揚げ」

鶏料理の中でも幅広い世代に人気が高く、鶏料理の定番メニューといえば「若鶏の竜田揚げ」です。ふっくら柔らかで、ガブリっとかぶりつくとジューシーな肉汁があふれ出します。お食事としてもビールのおつまみとしても大人気。特製タレに漬け込んだ竜田揚げは甘辛く、とてもおいしく仕上がっていますよ。

 

鶏料理好きに愛される「国産親鳥の黒焼き」

鶏料理が好きという方のなかには、なかでも「親鳥が好き」という方も少なくありません。親鳥は、若鶏のようなふっくら感はなく、食感がポイント。しっかりとした歯応えが楽しめ、噛むほどに若鶏にはない濃い旨みがあふれ出るのが魅力です。
