身が厚い秋サバを、ふんわりと絶妙な火加減で調理した竜田揚げです。中はふっくら、外はカリッと香ばしく仕上がっています。新鮮なサバを使用しているので、臭みも感じません。

たっぷりの大根おろしにレモンをキュッと絞ってお楽しみください。

 

上品に味噌が香る!絶品、赤魚の西京焼き!

やわらかな身が特徴の赤魚を、西京味噌で漬け、焼きあげました。赤魚の風味を損なわないように、ちょうどよいバランスで味付けをしています。

少しの甘みと塩気が程よく、上品な西京味噌と、上質な赤魚の贅沢なハーモニーをご堪能ください。

 

皮目が香ばしい!日本酒や焼酎にピッタリの炙り〆鯖!

そのまま食べても美味しい〆鯖を、バーナーで炙ってこんがりと仕上げた一品です。脂がのった〆鯖を炙ることで、香ばしさが加わり、よりお酒に合うお料理になっています。
