魚の白身の風味をそのままに、チーズを練り込んで上品に仕上げています。そのまま食べても美味しいですが、わさび醤油でお刺身のようにして食べるのがイチオシです。

クリームチーズとラー油のコラボレーション！どんなお酒にも合います

・北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え　594円（税込）

ミルキーで濃厚な味わいのクリームチーズを、食べるラー油で和えた一品です。ピリッと辛いラー油をクリームチーズがマイルドにしてくれて、絶妙なバランスになっています。
