炙り焼きメニューは当店の名物で、最初にご紹介するのはお肉の炙り焼きメニュー「US産中落ちカルビのサイコロステーキ」。香ばしく焼き上げたお肉は分厚くカットしているので食べ応えがありジューシーです。ほくほくとしたポテトもお肉と相性が良く食べ飽きないおいしさ。ビールやチューハイが進む逸品料理です。

海の幸を好む方にぜひお召し上がりいただきたいのが「するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り」。柔らかく仕上がっているのは熟練の料理人が作りあげたからこそ。甘辛いタレと香ばしい風味が食欲を刺激する逸品料理です。弾力がありしこしことした食感のするめ烏賊は噛めば噛むほどうまみがあふれて絶品。マヨネーズをつけて食べるのもいいですが、レモンを絞ることでまた違ったおいしさに。日本酒や焼酎などと合わせてお召し上がりいただきたいお料理です。
