当店でご提供している鶏の串焼きに使用しているのは、大山どりです。ももや皮、ねぎ間、レバー、軟骨入りつくねなどのスタンダードな部位はもちろん、砂肝やハツ、ぼんじり、せせりなどさまざまな部位をご用意しました。

 

大山どりの串焼きは、たれか塩を選んでお好みの部位を1本からご注文いただけます。

 

盛り合わせもご用意しております

いろいろな大山どりの串焼きを試したいときや、テーブルでシェアしたいときには、盛り合わせもおすすめしております。5本と８本をご用意していますので、食べたい量や、シェアしたい量でお選びいただけます。
