職人の手によって焼き上げる、大山どりの串焼き

当店では、職人の手によって仕上げられる、炙り料理が名物です。その中でもぜひ食べていただきたいのが、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用した串焼きの数々です。

 

大自然のなかでストレスなく育った大山どりは、うまみとやわらかさがたっぷり。串焼きはももや皮、ねぎ間、砂肝、せせり、ハツ、レバー、軟骨入りつくねとさまざまな部位をご用意しております。いろいろ食べたいときには、盛り合わせもおすすめです。

 

女性にも人気のさまざまな創作系メニュー

オリジナリティあふれる、創作系のメニューも豊富にご用意しております。秘伝のたれで食べるパリパリ鶏皮や辛子レンコンの揚げ春巻き、タケノコ担々と食感が楽しいメニューから、自家製チーズかまぼこや北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え、海鮮ユッケ（数量限定）など、女性にも人気の食材を使用したメニューまでそろえております。
