暑い日が続くと食欲がわかないとおっしゃる方が増えてきます。食欲がわかないときには、さっぱり味のおつまみをどうぞ。胃もたれせず軽い味わいは、食欲がないときでも食べやすいですよ。今回は、「梅」をテーマにおすすめをご紹介します。

 

ちょい飲みにぴったりの小皿メニュー

短時間でサクッと飲みたいときのちょい飲みや、お仕事帰りの疲れを癒す一人飲みにぴったりな小皿メニューにも梅のお料理がございます。「たたき胡瓜の梅和え」は、みずみずしい胡瓜を使っているため、のどが通りやすく食欲がないときにもぴったりです。

同じく小皿料理の「ねぎトロ梅なんこつ」もおすすめ。コリコリ食感が小気味良く、さっぱりした味を求めるときにぴったりです。「ねぎトロ梅なんこつ」なら、食欲がないときでもたんぱく質が摂れるのもうれしいポイント。

 

梅酒もどうぞ

食欲をアップさせてくれそうな梅酒もご用意しています。とろりとしたテクスチャーで甘い梅酒をお望みの方には「山崎樽梅酒ブレンド 樽仕上げ梅酒」がおすすめ。樽仕上げなので、深い香りが楽しめるのも特徴です。「蜂蜜梅酒」もあまみとコクがおいしいですよ！
