ひと皿で牛・豚・鶏が味わえるお得な肉盛りは、当店の看板メニューです。牛ミスジ・豚肩ロース・鶏トロ大串1本の3つのお肉を盛り合わせでご提供しております。牛は噛むたびにじゅわっと旨みがあふれ、豚はしっかりと脂がのった部位ならではの脂の甘みが楽しめます。若鶏は皮はパリッとお肉はふわっとジューシーな食感に仕上げています。3種類のソースを添えてお持ちしますので、ぜひそれぞれのお肉にどのソースが一番合うか試してみてください。1,639円（税込）でご提供しております。

 

特製ソースでどうぞ　牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近の中であまり動かすことがない部位のため、独特の食感・柔らかさがしっかりと楽しめるのが特徴です。

噛むほどに旨みがあふれる赤身肉ならではの味わいのステーキを、特製のソースをたっぷりからめて召し上がってください。1,419円（税込）でご提供しております。赤身肉は硬いイメージがある方にこそ召し上がっていただきたい一品です。
