当店では、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使った串焼きを各種ご用意しております。ももやねぎま、川、レバー、にんにく間、ささみ、ハツ、軟骨入りつくね串と、バラエティ豊かな串焼きをそろえました。

 

1品ずつお好みでご注文いただくのはもちろん、盛り合わせもおすすめです。いろいろな部位を食べたいときや、テーブルでシェアしたいときにもぜひご利用ください。

ボリュームたっぷり、お肉を使ったおいしい炙りの数々もご用意しました。大山どりの希少部位である鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えやビールと相性抜群の謹製ハーブソーセージ炙り、たっぷりの鬼おろしポン酢と一緒にさっぱり楽しめる厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢をご用意しております。

 

希少部位である牛ミスジを使ったステーキは、おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースでお召し上がりください。牛ミスジ、豚肩ロース、鶏トロ大串1本を豪快に盛り付けた、楽蔵の肉盛りもおすすめです。
