「千葉県銚子産 マイワシの一夜干し」は、もうお召し上がりになりましたか?千葉県の銚子は、江戸時代から水路の始点のひとつであり、現在もマイワシの供給地として知られています。銚子のマイワシは脂がよく乗っていることが特徴で、生で食べてもおいしいですが、一夜干しにすることで旨みがますますアップします。

高い技術のある調理師が仕上げる炙りは、マイワシをふっくらと仕上げます。何匹でも、何度でも食べたくなる味として大人気ですよ!脂がしっかりのっているため、レモンサワーのようなさっぱり系ドリンクがよく合います。
