いろいろな食材を使用した創作系メニュー

オリジナリティたっぷりの、創作系メニューを豊富にご用意いたしました。たぬき豆冨や秘伝のタレで楽しむパリパリ鶏皮、ふわっとパリッとしたおもちがたまらない揚げ餅海苔まみれ、ポン酢でさっぱり食べられる帆立の貝ひもポン酢がございます。

 

ほかにも、酸味と辛味両方が楽しめる北海道クリームチーズのラー油和えや、パリパリ食感と辛味のアクセントが楽しい辛子レンコンの揚げ春巻き、お酒にぴったりな栃尾揚げの炙りや自家製チーズかまぼこ、やさしい味わいのやわらか豆富と白菜の旨煮、こだわりの三元豚の黒酢酢豚をご用意しております。

 

変わり種もそろった出汁巻き玉子

当店でも人気のメニュー、出汁巻き玉子はいろいろなラインナップをそろえました。スタンダードなだし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子をはじめ、とろっとしたあんがたまらないあんかけ出汁巻玉子、さらにボリュームたっぷりのタルタルソースの出汁巻玉子やすき焼き出汁巻サンドをご用意しております。
