当店では通年でオーダーしていただけるグランドメニューのほかに、期間限定の「季節のおすすめ」をご用意しています。その時期によって内容が変わる人気のメニューですよ。現在は夏メニューとなっていますが、こちらがもう間もなく終了となります。食べ忘れたものはありませんか？ぜひ今一度チェックしてみてくださいね。

 

この時期だけのおいしさ

「季節のおすすめ」は、シーズンごとメニューが一新されます。その時期に旬を迎える食材のお料理や、その時期に食べると美味しく感じる調理法で仕上げたお料理、期間限定の特別価格でご提供しているお料理などが登場しますよ。

今年の夏メニューには、ドリンクも登場。「昆布だしトマトハイ」は、もうお飲みいただけましたか？さっぱり味がおいしいトマトジュースがお酒になりました！昆布と合わせて酸味を抑えてまろやかに。昆布の濃度は浸ける時間の長さで調整できます。お好みの出汁加減でお楽しみくださいね。

 

ヒラマサや鱧もどうぞ

旬を迎えた海鮮食材のお料理も登場。脂が乗ったヒラマサを胡麻しょうゆでいただく「胡麻ヒラマサ」は、濃厚な味わいがお好きな方に最適。活〆の鱧を揚げてサクサクにした「鱧カツ 梅肉おろしポン酢、山椒塩添え」も夏らしさ満点です。
