Tomino Takarazan (Imojochu)
It is made using high-quality Kogane Sengan, which is produced by contract farmers in Ei-cho, Minamisatsume using organic fertilizers, Houmei Sui, which is subsoil water from the bosom of Mt. It has a refined and elegant taste with a sweet, soft sweetpotato aroma and a clear aftertaste.
Nanjakanja (barley shochu)
It is made from 100% limpid groundwater from the Aso subsoil and distilled at our own ultra-low temperature and reduced pressure. It is characterized by its well-balanced, soft aroma and mild taste.
RENTO (Brown Sugar Shochu)
Acoustically aged with classical music, this brown sugar shochu has a mellow, gentle flavor and rich aroma with an outstanding sharpness.
Torikai (rice shochu)
This authentic unrefined shochu is made with Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which are rare among rice shochu, and brewed with home-bred yeast and yellow malted rice, then distilled at low pressure from the aromatic and fruity unrefined spirit produced through low-temperature fermentation. It has a well-balanced flavor that blends a refreshing taste with a gorgeous aroma without any peculiarities.
Namba Black (Awamori)
It is characterized by the crisp, thick taste that is inherent to black malted rice. It is popular as an awamori with a well-balanced aroma and richness that one never grows tired of.
Kakotan (shiso shochu)
This refreshing shochu is made from carefully selected, aromatic shiso plants from the town of Shiranukan in Hokkaido and the limpid water of Asahikawa.
