What is 3M, as if it were a phantom?

One of the best sweet potato shochu brands is Moriizou, one of the 3Ms. It is made in a traditional kamembo brewing process, which removes the sweet potato smell and gives it a mild taste! It is known as a fantastic shochu because it is rarely available.

[The Demon King].

It is a potato shochu that was featured in the media for a while and its existence itself became a mirage! This shochu does not have a potato smell and is easy to drink.
The name comes from the devil who tempts the angel who takes his share (the portion evaporated when the alcohol is aged in the cask) and transports him to the demon world.

Murao

This is also a potato shochu and is said to have been a favorite drink of Saigo Takamori in the past.
And as soon as you put it in your mouth, the savory flavor of sweetpotato is intensely felt in this shochu.
Because of its small production and popularity, this sake also became one of the "3M" with a premium.
