Rakura's Three Kinds of Meat
The standard at Rakuzo! We offer an assortment of three kinds of beef: "Chubu Kalbi", "Tokusen Pork", and "Wakadori". We also offer three kinds of seasoning, so please enjoy them with your favorite one!

This seared vinegared mackerel goes well with sake. The flavor is concentrated by searing, and the depth of flavor is as good as that of meat!
Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce
