Seasonal courses and delicacies | Rakurakura Kanda

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Kanda store.

Here are some of the course meals and a la carte dishes that we hope you will enjoy during this winter season.
All of them are even more umami because of this season.
Please do so before the season changes.

Both courses include 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.
Even if you do not need all-you-can-drink, please feel free to inquire about our courses.

 

The fat and quality are different. Seasonal Taste (Gastronomy) Course

The most notable dish in this course is "Chirashi-zushi" (chirashi-sushi with cold yellowtail and pickled daikon).
This is an excellent dish using "cold yellowtail," which is in season this time of year and has a taste that sets it apart from other yellowtail.
Enjoy the umami of its fat and the crispy texture of pickled daikon with chirashi-sushi.

 

Mochimochi texture is addictive. Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course

A light yet rich chicken nabe made with tteokbokki and potatoes.
Enjoy the sticky texture of tteokbokki.

 

Saki-toro, rich umami. Tempura of Cod Milt

The crispy batter reveals the "cod milt," which is in season and has increased in flavor.
Its mild and rich flavor is not to be missed this season.

When paired with a crisp sake, its deliciousness is unbearable.
White wine can also be surprisingly recommended.
Rich and creamy cod milt is tempura-dried to lock in the flavor.
