Here are some of the course meals and a la carte dishes that we hope you will enjoy during this winter season.
All of them are even more umami because of this season.

Both courses include 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.

The most notable dish in this course is "Chirashi-zushi" (chirashi-sushi with cold yellowtail and pickled daikon).
This is an excellent dish using "cold yellowtail," which is in season this time of year and has a taste that sets it apart from other yellowtail.
Enjoy the umami of its fat and the crispy texture of pickled daikon with chirashi-sushi.
A light yet rich chicken nabe made with tteokbokki and potatoes.
Enjoy the sticky texture of tteokbokki.
The crispy batter reveals the "cod milt," which is in season and has increased in flavor.
Its mild and rich flavor is not to be missed this season.
When paired with a crisp sake, its deliciousness is unbearable.
White wine can also be surprisingly recommended.
Rich and creamy cod milt is tempura-dried to lock in the flavor.
