旨みがぎっしり詰まったするめ烏賊に甘辛いタレをからませて丁寧に炙りました。
レモンをかけて爽やかに、一味マヨネーズで濃厚に、お好みに応じてご自由にお召し上がりいただけます。

当店の「本日のカマ焼き」はその日の仕入れによって異なり、その日一番美味しい素材を使って、こだわりをもった「炙り」で皆さまに提供させていただいております。

お箸を入れるとカリカリッとした香ばしい部分や脂がのったジューシーな部分が顔をだします。
色々な食感と味わいを存分にご堪能ください。
