Recommended items that go well with alcoholic beverages.

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Kanda store.

Our restaurant offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and many of our signature dishes that are sure to be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages. Our chef's taste shines through in our dishes, and we are sure that you will find the perfect dish to suit your tastes. In this issue, we introduce our recommended snacks for each type of alcohol.

Fried foods recommended as accompaniments to white wine

How about "Deep-fried hokuhoku yam" with white wine? You will enjoy a different texture from that of raw yam. If you prefer a thicker flavor, try the tartar sauce, and if you want a lighter taste, try adding lemon. We recommend this dish as a good match for any type of alcoholic beverage, such as beer, shochu, or sake.

Great with beer! Proud of our fried food

For customers who want to eat meat boldly with beer, try the "Gokai! Rakura's Fried Chicken. This hearty dish boasts a juicy meat flavor that overflows from the crispy fried batter. Please enjoy it with our special sauce.

Gentle taste that goes well with shochu

For those who prefer a lighter dish, we recommend the "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). The dashi flavor of the dashimaki tamago fills your mouth with flavor, and is sure to make your shochu drink go down a treat. The chef's skill is evident in the exquisite heat and fluffy texture.

Standard sashimi goes great with sake.

For customers who want to enjoy seafood and sake, we recommend the "Today's Sashimi," "Special Sashimi Three-Piece Platter," and "Special Sashimi Five-Piece Platter. All of them are freshly caught seafood of which we are proud. The freshness of the fish is what makes the texture so irresistible! Please feel free to ask our staff about the contents of the platter.

Why don't you taste delicious drinks and delicious food in our private room? Please spend a relaxing time and refresh your energy for tomorrow.
