Soy sauce is what makes our popular sashimi even more delicious. Water, which determines the taste of soy sauce, is made from the underground water of the Hakkouda federation in Aomori. The soy sauce is made with mild-tasting natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage Site.

Dashi aroma is the best soup stock made from the finest ingredients!

Dashi is the key to Japanese cuisine. We carefully prepare dashi broth using the highest quality soy sauce, dried bonito flakes and mixed flakes from Makurazaki, and kelp from Hokkaido.

The dashimaki tamago is made with dashi broth made from the finest ingredients and offers a mellow aroma and gentle flavor. Please enjoy our special omelet, which is soft and fluffy!
