In-season mackerel has excellent fat content!

This is "Sashimi of Nagasaki Sea Mackerel". This is sashimi of the fatty mackerel from off the coast of Nagasaki, which is in season at this time of year. The plump meat and the mackerel's delicious flavor are enhanced in this dish, giving you a taste of the most delicious fresh mackerel. We hope you will enjoy it with shochu, sake, and other Japanese alcoholic beverages, as it is especially good with them.

 

Steak with the chef's specialties, filled with the flavor of beef

This is "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak". This high-quality Wagyu beef steak is carefully prepared by meticulously grilling it so as not to lose its juices and flavor. The chef's attention to detail and advanced techniques shine through in this dish. One bite of this dish will make you happy as the flavor of the beef bursts in your mouth.
