旬の真さばは脂ののりが抜群！

こちらは「長崎沖 真さばのお刺身」です。この時期に旬を迎える、脂の乗った長崎沖の真さばをお刺身にしました。ぷりぷりとした身とさばの旨みが引き立てられた、最もおいしい真さばの味を感じられる一皿です。焼酎や日本酒など、和のお酒との相性が特にいいので、ぜひご一緒にお楽しみいただければと思います。

 

牛肉の旨味が詰まった、料理人こだわりのステーキ

こちらは「国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ 」です。上質な和牛のステーキは、焼き方を細かく工夫することで、肉汁や旨みを逃さないよう丁寧に仕上げています。料理人のこだわりが詰まった、高度な技術が光る一品です。ひとくち食べれば牛肉の旨味が口の中で弾け、幸せな気持ちになれることでしょう。添えてある「ハーブ塩」やわさびなどをつければ、味にさらなるアクセントが生まれますよ。
