食欲の秋本番となってきております。みなさん、秋の食は満喫されていますか？kの時期はおいしいものがたくさん出回る季節。当店でも、数々の秋の味覚を取りそろえて、みなさんにお楽しみいただいています。

秋の風物詩、香り高い茸メニューです

こちらは「炙りはんぺんと茸のホイル焼き」。秋に美味しくなる茸を、はんぺんと合わせて包み焼きにしました。旬の茸の香りを逃さず料理しておりますので、テーブルの上に茸のいい香りがふわっと広がります。バター風味の醤油ソースと、相性抜群ですよ！

牛の旨みが詰まった巾着揚げです

こちらは「牛すき焼き巾着揚げ」牛肉をはじめ、お葱、春菊などのすき焼きで用いられる具材をお揚げで包んでカリッと香ばしく揚げた一品です。まるで、すき焼きを丸ごと食べているかのような味わいに、多くのお客様が喜ばれています。一風変わった創作和食を、ぜひご賞味くださいませ。
