Seared Beef Tongue

While beef tongue is often sliced thinly at yakiniku restaurants, we have prepared thick slices of beef tongue so that our customers can fully appreciate the unique flavor of the meat. Please enjoy the texture of the beef tongue, which is thick yet crispy. Served with scallions on the side. 1,390 yen (excluding tax).

Beef meatballs are a rare part of the meat, with only about 3 kg of beef being harvested from a single cow. It has a unique texture and tenderness because it is a part of the shoulder blade that is not moved very often. It is served with our special sauce of grated onion and apple for 1,090 yen (excluding tax).

In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer a variety of other meat dishes, including our famous "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter" featuring seared beef, pork, and chicken for 1,190 yen (excluding tax).
