焼肉店などでは薄切りのことが多いですが、当店では牛タンならではのお肉の旨みをしっかりと感じていただけるよう厚切りに焼き上げたものをご用意しました。厚みがあるのにサクッと歯が通る牛タンの食感をご堪能ください。添えてある葱といっしょに召し上がってください。1,390円（税抜）でご提供しております。

 

柔らかな赤身にハマります　特選牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近の中であまり動かすことがない部位のため、独特の食感・柔らかさを持っています。赤身肉と聞くと硬いイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ミスジはしっとりと柔らかな食感が楽しめますよ・当店特製のおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをからめて召し上がってください。1,090円（税抜）でご提供しております。

今回ご紹介したもの以外にも、牛・豚・鶏の炙り焼きが楽しめる当店の名物「楽蔵の３種肉盛り　1,190円（税抜）」などさまざまなお肉メニューをご用意しております。
