The signature dish of our restaurant, which prides itself on its searing, is the Oyama chicken yakitori. Each bird is carefully seared by hand by our artisans. Daisen Dori" is raised freely in the rich nature at the foot of Mt. Daisen, and its juicy fat and delicious meat make it an exquisite skewer.

Enjoy different parts of the meat such as skin, negima, thigh, liver, gizzard, etc., with different tastes and chewiness. If you find it hard to choose from the large selection on the menu, the assortment is the perfect choice. 8-piece and 5-piece sets are available. Choose between tare and shio (salt).

 

Introducing a delicious way to eat Tsukune skewers.

Tsukune skewers are packed with flavor. We serve it as "Oyama Dori Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage".

The skewers are delicious eaten as they are, but a more popular way to enjoy them is to dip them in the separately prepared "egg yolk for tsukune" for a mellow flavor. We hope you will enjoy the Tsukune as well as the various parts of the meat.
