We are particular about our shochu menu. We have not only sweet potato, barley, and rice, but also brown sugar and awamori.

In sweetpotato, we offer "Kurokirishima" and "Umi" as well as "Tominohozan" made with Kogane Sengansan. In the barley category, we have "Kami no Kawa" made with high-quality 2-row barley. And in the rice category, we have "Hakutake Shiro," which is a light and enjoyable sake.
