The bonito of this season is called "Hatsukatsuo" (first bonito), and is characterized by its reddish, refreshing flavor. It is therefore a perfect match for dry sake or richly flavored shochu! We serve it with several kinds of condiments, so please enjoy it with your favorite condiments.

This is the "Crunchy Spring Roll with Cabbage and Chicken Soborono," which is filled to the brim with a variety of ingredients.

The basic ingredients of spring rolls are chives and shiitake mushrooms, but we have used sweet cabbage and minced chicken. The crunchy texture of the cabbage and the crispy texture of the spring roll skin will surely make this dish addictive. The flavor of minced chicken is also irresistible!
