Motsunabe, a hotpot dish filled with plenty of vegetables and plumped-up pork chops, is a specialty of Fukuoka's Hakata region and one of Japan's most popular nabe dishes. Please visit Rakuzo Kanda when you want to enjoy delicious motsunabe.

 

We offer motsu-nabe as part of our regular menu. You can also choose according to your mood and preference,2We have two types of motsu-nabe. Please visit us when you want to enjoy delicious drinks over motsunabe.

 

Standard and tasty white morotsu nabe

Popular with people of all ages, we offer a standard and delicious white motsu nabe. Our restaurant uses only domestically produced shimachou (Japanese white meat) for our motsu nabe. The meat is carefully processed before being used as the ingredients for the motsu nabe, so it has little odor and is very juicy and tender.

 

Additional ingredients can of course be added, as well as zosui (rice porridge), ramen noodles, and udon noodles for the end of the meal. We hope you will try our White Motsunabe, which can be enjoyed both as a nabe (hot pot) and as a finish.

 

We also offer a spicy Taiwanese Motsunabe hot pot that you won't be able to get enough of!

If you want to enjoy a different kind of motsunabe, we recommend Taiwanese motsunabe. The spicy Taiwanese minced meat topping is added to the motsunabe. The spiciness of the spicy flavor stirs up your appetite, making this a new type of motsunabe.

 

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
