使用しているのは鳥取県で生育される「大山どり」。山陰の澄んだ空気ときれいな水で育てられるこのブランド鶏は、みずみずしく弾力に富んだ肉質が特長です。

 

そんな大山どりの串焼きを「軟骨入りつくね串」「ねぎ間串」「レバー串」とご用意。食べやすい一品なのでお出掛けのお供にお酒のお供にも外せません！

 

 

お子様にも人気！「若鶏の竜田揚げ」

こちらはお酒のお供としてもご飯の一品としても便利な「若鶏の竜田揚げ」でございます。

 

カラッと揚げられており食感は抜群！ジューシーな肉汁もお楽しみいただけるこちらの一品は、使い勝手の良い5カン盛り。お子様にも人気になること間違いありません！
