牛の中落カルビと豚肩ロース、鶏トロ肉をそれぞれ焼き上げたシンプルな1品です。3本すべて大串なのでボリュームがあり、3～4名様でのシェアにもおすすめですよ。牛肉にするか豚肉にするか、それとも鶏肉か迷ったときにもぜひご注文ください。

 

希少なお肉をフルーティーなソースとともに

 特選 牛ミスジのステーキ ～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～　1,419円（税込）

1頭の牛から取れる量がほんのわずかとして知られるミスジを使用しました。ステーキに合わせるのは、リンゴの爽やかな酸味がアクセントのフレッシュなソースです。レアな部位が持つ本来の旨みとやわらかさを感じてみませんか？
