旬の魚介類が楽しめる鮮度抜群のお造り

当店では、鮮度抜群の魚介類を仕入れてお造りとしてお客様へご提供しております。その日の仕入れによって内容が異なる本日のお造りは、旬のお魚を気軽に楽しめるお造りとして人気のメニューです。

 

いろいろな鮮魚を楽しみたいときには、お造りの盛り合わせがおすすめです。3品盛りと5品盛りをご用意しております。

 

魚介類を使った炙りもご用意しました

火入れをすることでボリュームがアップ、香ばしい魚介類の炙りも各種ご用意しました。エイヒレの炙り焼きやその日の仕入れによって魚の種類が異なる本日のカマ焼き、スタンダードで人気のホッケの一夜干しやイカの甘辛炙り、炙り〆鯖をそろえております。

 

魚介類の炙りはプレミアム焼酎や日本酒とも相性抜群です。さまざまな種類のお酒も当店では取りそろえております。ぜひご一緒にお楽しみください。
