落ち着いた和モダンの完全個室空間で、炙りをはじめいろいろなお食事やお酒を楽しめる「楽蔵神田」。当店では、通常メニューに加えて、季節限定のメニューをご用意しております。

 

季節限定メニューでは、旬の食材や季節を感じる調理方法をふんだんに取り入れたメニューをそろえております。本日は当店でご提供している季節限定メニューをご紹介します。今だけしか食べられない季節限定メニューをぜひご利用ください。

 

旬の食材を使用したおいしいおつまみメニュー

お酒がすすむ、おいしい旬の食材を使用したおつまみメニューもご用意しております。香りが高く、もっちりとした食感も楽しめる炒りたての塩炒り銀杏や、しゅんのごぼうとさつまいもを使ったチップスをご用意しました。

 

ごぼうとさつまいもチップスは、山椒塩や西京味噌ソースでお召し上がりください。

 

ジューシーなお肉やお魚の季節限定メニュー

ボリュームのある、お肉やお魚を使った季節限定メニューもご用意しております。焼津港の一本釣りカツオのたたきをご用意しました。脂の乗った旬の秋刀魚を使用した竜田揚げは、なめ茸おろしとポン酢でさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。

 

うまみと香り、やわらかさがたまらない鴨肉に、相性抜群のねぎを組み合わせてねぎ間串を作りました。たれまたは塩が選べます。
