違う肉の味を一皿で楽しめる！「楽蔵の肉盛り」

「楽蔵の3種肉盛り」は、中落ちカルビ、特選豚、若鶏の3種類の肉が一緒にご賞味いただけます。それに加えて、「楽蔵の4種盛り」では牛ミスジがプラスされます。いろんなお肉を食べ比べることは、なかなかないのではないでしょうか？この機会にぜひそれぞれのお肉の味わいの違いをしっかりと体験してみてください。

希少部位の「牛ミスジのステーキ」

・特選　牛ミスジのステーキ～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～　1,177円(税込)

最近では見かけることも多くなってきた、希少部位の牛ミスジですが、当店ではその牛ミスジをステーキにしました。ミスジは、一頭の牛からわずかしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨の内側のお肉で、運動量が少ない部位なので味わいのある柔らかいお肉になっています。当店ではそんな牛ミスジ肉に、おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをかけました。

格別の味わい！「牛タンの炙り焼き」

・牛タンの炙り焼き　1,501円(税込)

こちらの「牛タンの炙り焼き」は、やや厚めにカットしたタンを炙り焼きにしました。噛めば噛むほど牛タンの旨みが出てくきます。牛タン特有の歯ごたえと一緒にお楽しみください。
