具材たっぷり…ツナ&ベーコンの炙りポテトサラダ

まず、ご紹介するのが「ツナ&ベーコンの炙りポテトサラダ」。一押しの理由は、ゴロゴロとした食べ応えのある具材がたっぷりと入っているところ。食べた瞬間にほっくりとしていてまろやかなじゃがいもの風味が口の中に広がります。大きめにカットされたベーコンのうまみもじゃがいもに染み渡り、どんどんお箸が進みます。炙っているので香ばしさも加わり、お酒のお供には最強！ツナの存在感もしっかりと感じるメニューとなっております。

2品目にご紹介するのは、「特選 牛ミスジのステーキ～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」。「ミスジ」とは、肩甲骨の内側に位置するお肉で、牛一頭からわずかしか取れない希少な部位。絶妙な焼き加減で調理するため、しっとりと柔らかな食感をお楽しみいただけます。おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースもさっぱりしていてお肉にぴったり。ミスジ肉ならではのおいしさをご堪能いただけるお料理です。
