旬の魚介類が楽しめるお造り

毎日新鮮な魚介類を仕入れているため、いろいろなお魚のお造りをお召し上がりいただけます。その日に仕入れた魚介類によって内容が変わる本日のお造りや、炙りサーモンのお刺身をご用意しました。
いろいろな鮮魚を楽しみたいときには、お造りの盛り合わせがおすすめです。3種盛りと5種盛りをご用意しております。

火入れをすることでボリュームと香ばしさがアップした、魚介の炙りも各種ご用意しました。手作りさつま揚げの炙りや宇和島のじゃこ天、するめ烏賊の甘辛炙りなどおつまみにぴったりのもの、ホッケの一夜干しや炙り〆鯖、本日のカマ焼きと素材のうまみを楽しめるものまで、幅広くそろえております。
お肉の炙りはもちろん、魚介の炙りも当店のおすすめメニューです。ぜひご賞味ください。
