Delicious menus that make the most of the umami of ingredients

Deep-fried scallions and onions are in season. The thick and plump meat of the scallion can be enjoyed, and the crispy sweetness of the onion is a perfect accent. Seasonal bonito is grilled on a straw grill. The umami of the bonito and the flavor of the straw-roasted bonito are irresistible, so please enjoy the tataki with your favorite condiments.

 

We also offer a refreshing yet tasty steak made from lean Japanese black beef thigh.

 

Cheese accents make this menu irresistible!

We also offer a delicious menu that combines cheese and ingredients. Rice seasoned with sesame oil, kimchi and cheese rolled in seaweed, and finally topped with a generous portion of negitoro yukke. The dish is served with an egg yolk dip.

 

We also made Tsukune skewers with cartilage bones, refreshingly spicy green chili peppers, and a great combination of cheese and sweet and spicy sauce.
